For short deployments (days to weeks), current installation practices are too cumbersome and impractical. How to create a camera deployment experience that is optimized for short deployments?

Researched the current camera installation process, redesigned the hardware, accessories, packaging and mobile app to optimize for quick (re)deployment. Tested the end to end experience with installers.
Results
A complete solution with an (Android/iOS) mobile app that is optimized to make the installation quick and easy. It provides step by step instructions for first time installers, but also shortcuts to skip to the critical steps (like connecting and aiming). It also makes moving a camera to another location super easy - avoiding any duplicate work. Camera proven to be installed in minutes.
