Store managers invest in video camera system for their stores, but they don't get a lot of value out it. Some video analytics are offered, but not frequently used. How can store managers use their video camera system to improve store operations?

Researched the needs of store managers. Ideated and redesigned the mobile app. Created a new information architecture that prioritizes information per user's needs. Focused the design on providing better operational insights through video analytics. Tested with end-users.
Results
A redesigned application optimized for busy store managers that often manage multiple stores. Insights are readily available with progressive disclosure to actual video feeds and related actions.
