The problem
After delivery, how does one ensure that installers can confidently install the right equipment in the right location with the right tools & accessories?
Actions
Performed research on ordering and installation process. Ideated on overall solution, with one part of the solution being a support/troubleshooting website. Performed needs analysis and identified the functions required for the website. Created lo-fi wireframes, iterated throughout with product managers and development leads. Delivered hi-fi wireframes, assets and behavior documentation.
Results
A website used by camera installers to assist in quickly installing a camera. It can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the camera box with any smartphone camera.
